Does my wife have any right to hold me partially responsible for this?

I can't understand why she could possibly take offence at anything you have done or suggested. You did tell her to buy the groceries herself for the meals you want her to make you. She should feel privileged that you are allowing her to do that for you. The way she is behaving anyone would think it's the 21st century. Oh drat it is, scrap what I've just said. I'm sorry but I can't take this seriously.
